Court bars BMC from razing dangerous buildings

With the monsoon hardly a month away, BMC cannot take action against 142 out of 816 buildings declared dangerous in the city as these buildings have managed a stay order from the High Court. Of the 142 buildings, 132 are private, while 10 belong to the corporation itself.
