SC clears decks for Mumbai’s coastal road, but with caveats

New Delhi: The Supreme Court has given a go-ahead to the coastal road project in Mumbai by staying a five-monthold Bombay high court order which stalled it on grounds of a lack of environmental and wildlife clearances.
