Rate your city in ‘Ease of Living’, urges BMC chief

Mumbai: BMC chief Praveen Pardeshi has urged citizens to participate in the central government’s feedback under ‘Ease of Living Survey’ initiative to rate the city. He reminded that only 7,300 Mumbaikars voted so far while in other cities, people’s response is huge. Pardeshi said, “I request Mumbaikars to fill the survey of 24 questions. Share it with family, friends, contacts and appeal for Mumbai. It’s not about getting anyone to give good rating, but about participating.”

MMRDA to begin work on Bhayander-Vasai bridge

The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) will soon commence the construction of the long-pending creek bridge connecting Bhayander (West) and Vasai (West). The 4.98-km bridge is expected to cost ₹1,501.16 crore and is likely to be completed by September 2024.
