The Awards was conceptualised under the inspiring leadership of Mr. Mayur Shah - President & Mr. Sukhraj Nahar – Task Owner with an objective to Respect, Honour, Appreciate & Recognize “The Dream” “The Detail” “The Knowledge” ”The Determination” and to involve all stakeholders of Real Estate for the greater good of the industry.
Ancillary Edition:
Prime Minister & Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs have announced year 2020 to be the "Construction Technology Year 2020" taking this vision ahead the 2nd edition of Golden Pillar is dedicated to the most important aspect of Real Estate, everything that one can touch see and feel in a home i.e. Building Material and Technology behind it.
Procurement is one of the key pillars to delivering a good, durable, stable, sellable and profitable real estate project. Prioritizing Cost Savings | Compliance | Risk Reduction | Value Creation.
Golden Pillar is not just the most credible Awards of the Industry but most importantly it is an interface between Buyers(RE Ancillary Brands) and Suppliers (RE Developers). It is not just recognition of reputed & passionate brands but also involvement, interaction and genuine feedback of 50 Jury members (buyers) at each level. Aiming at reducing the construction time and cost benefiting ancillary industry, Developers and eventually Home buyers.
The Golden Pillar have a methodology that is powered by the vast experience of our rating agency. The ones to win this accolade are ensured to have truly earned it. The whos who of the industry is slated to compete and coming out on top among the finest is an honour in itself.

6. Distribution of Awards and launch of Reports
Jury: The 50 Jury members comprises of Procurement Heads, Architects, Developers, consultants and contractors of primarily Mumbai and 20% Pan India.
Selected by Internally & Nationally acclaimed Collaborators and Leaders of the all inclusive Real Estate Industry, the winners will be felicitated at a magnificent ceremony hosted in presence of all the crème de la crème of the Indian Realty Sector and delegates from RE Developers, Banks, HFCs, NBFC, Architects, Interior Designers, Govt officials, Media houses and Top management from allied industries and awardees.
