Mumbai:
A row has broken out between municipal commissioner Ajoy Mehta and chief fire officer P Rahangdhale over the quantum of area to be left open for fire engines to access a building.
The newly instituted high-rise committee of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) is all set to give approvals to buildings planned over 120 meters or 40 floors in height.
