BMC chief recommends 50 pc cut in premiums

Municipal Commissioner Praveen Pardeshi has recommended that the state government should consider reducing development charges by 50 per cent and the premiums for fungible compensation area for commercial and residential development be reduced by 40 per cent for a period of two years.
