MUMBAI, AUG 8 Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) has been getting more teeth since it was established on May 1 last year.
     

RERA provisions will apply to long-term lease agreements: HC

The Bombay High Court has ruled that provisions of the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority would apply in cases of long-term lease agreements and that it can hear compensation complaints.

CIDCO auctions nine plots in Kharghar, Kalamboli
