April 2nd 2014 will be etched in the minds of all associated with MCHI-CREDAI as the day a new journey was embarked on. One that went beyond the imagination of most and established itself as the Real Estate industry's first ever T20 cricket tournament, that is here to stay.
It was the day the MCHI PREMIER LEAGUE (MPL) was born.
The brain child of MCHI-CREDAI committee member & sports convenor, Shri Shailesh Sanghvi, who thought of the idea and worked relentlessly to make that dream see the light of day, ably supported by the MPL Committee, MCHI Managing Committee, Members and the MCHI Staff. The MPL - I went on to capture the minds and hearts of all those who participated and associated themselves with it. From Real Estate big wigs & allied industry leaders to both national and regional media. The entire fraternity was going 'ga-ga' over its success.
MCHI-CREDAI, the widely respected and recognized apex body, representing real estate developers across the MMR region is renowned across the country for organizing and hosting the biggest real estate related exhibitions in India & abroad thought of going the extra mile to develop a sense of brotherhood, team spirit, passion and an opportunity to network. It was soon decided that developing a major cricket tournament was the way forward. Result, the MCHI Premier League was conceived and developed
The MCHI Premier League has now gone beyond the boundaries of cricket and involves itself in CSR activities, events and networking opportunities.
