The extended festive fervour was at its peaks with thousands of Mumbaikars thronging at CREDAI-MCHI’s MAHA Property Expo 2017 concluded on November 19, 2017, at MMRDA Grounds, BKC.  It seemed as if all roads led to the Expo. The venue was abuzz with great activity with Stall owners not even getting breathing time through the day as they were busy attending enthusiastic property seekers. The buyers’ confidence was palpable with Expo hosting only RERA registered properties along with attractive housing finance options. It was like one-stop-shop for home-buyers, who confidently scouted for properties of their choice and budget.

Expo hosted very Distinguished Guest, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra Shri Devendra Fadnavis who in his special address said, “It is absolutely safe to buy a house at the MAHA Property Expo organized by CREDAI – MCHI as all the projects displayed here is MAHA RERA registered.”  He also expressed happiness that Association has named it as MAHA Property Expo inspired by MAHA RERA.

Endorsing the Hon’ble Chief Minister’s statement, President, CREDAI-MCHI, Shri Mayur Shah said, “We proved the point to the hilt, MCHI hai to bharosa hai!  The Expo recorded highest ever number of customers to the expo who were seen scouting properties of their choice from the properties displayed. For this confidence of our customers, I would like to thank our dynamic Chief Minister, Shri Devendra Fadnavis and Shri Gautam Chatterjee, Chairman, MAHA RERA for implementation of MAHA RERA which is the great achievement for the State of Maharashtra.

The “Affordable Housing” section was a big draw amidst visitors which was aimed to be in sync with Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi’s vision of “Housing for All” and Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis’s exemplary role in implementation of Ease of Doing Business, which made India achieve 100th rank by World Bank.   

After 16 Years and 27 Editions, CREDAI – MCHI expos have provided homes to 30 lakh+ buyers; and this year the property exhibition has gone notch above with its RERA registered properties, across categories like Mid- Budget, Luxury, UltraLuxe or Affordable housing with the topping of attractive home finance deals by leading banks and HFCs. 

The top developers in town which participated in MAHA Property Expo include L & T Realty, Omkar Realtors & Developers, Marathon Realty, Kanakia Spaces, Ajmera Realty, Rajesh Life Spaces, Sai Estate, Neelkanth Group, Oyster Living, Vijay Suraksha, Piramal Realty, Romell Group, Wadhwa Group, Godrej Properties, Mayfair Housing, Radius Properties, Ahuja Constructions, Shivalik Ventures, Rustomjee and Neelkanth Group among others.

The leading banks and Housing Finance Companies which participated were: Expo Banks & HFC participants: State Bank of India, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, UCO Bank, PNB, Syndicate Bank and HFCs are PNB Housing, LIC Housing, India Bulls, Tata Capital and Aditya Birla Finance.

The CSR Pavillion by CREDAI – MCHI Women’s Wing displayed Green, Clean and Skilled initiative of CREDAI – MCHI where a lot of visitors displayed curiosity in this initiative. Free saplings of fruits were given to visitors to the Stall by Mr Shubhajit Mukherjee, founder Mission Green Mumbai, many citizens and societies pledged to contribute to this Green initiative of Making Mumbai Green. The CSR activity of Women’s Wing was taken notch above with the Free Health Camp for all visitors to Expo, besides Blood Donation drive conducted in association with Apollo Hospitals.

Our flagship B2B event BIZNET was also part of the Expo where One-on-One sessions were conducted between allied Industry players and prominent developers, purchase heads and architects.
