CREDAI – MCHI witnesses launch of YOUTH WING (CYW)

CREDAI – MCHI witnessed historic launch of CREDAI-MCHI Youth Wing where over 100 young Turks of real-estate industry, representing GenNext, joined hands to be part of this unique initiative. The scions representing Who’s Who of the real-estate industry were present on the occasion amidst presence of the Respected Rajni Ajmera, Past President, President Mr. Mayur Shah, President-Elect Mr Nayan Shah and Secretary Mr Domnic Romell. It looked like perfect amalgamation of energy & experience.

The wing has been formed with the objective of creating a global platform where future leaders can engage, learn and grow and harness the knowledge, influence and trust of world’s most influential and innovative business leaders from Real-Estate industry to inspire businesses.  Credai Youth Wing (CYW) is the parent body of our Youth Wing which has over 1000 young developers under its fold.

The Youth Wing aims to educate the GenNext entrepreneurs on various aspects of the business through learning summits and study tours. Many innovative ideas will germinate here from young & enthusiastic minds which are the need of the hour to take the real-estate industry to another level.

Mr Dhaval Ajmera, Converner, CREDAI – MCHI Youth Wing (CYW), who took tremendous initiative in creation of Youth Wing made a presentation before audience outlining the way forward.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr Ajmera said, “With the creation of Youth Wing, we are creating a platform where the second generation would draw synergies from the first generation besides knowledge sharing and interaction with industry experts. This way they will be better equipped to not only to excel in their respective fields but also in serving humanity through CSR activities.” 

Speaking on the occasion, Mr Mayur Shah, President, CREDAI-MCHI said, “Our youth are assets of the future and their contribution to the growth of the Real-Estate industry is immense. Now the time has come that our GenNext joins hands to come on a platform, provided by CREDAI-MCHI with the launch of Youth Wing, to inculcate strong values and be a part of learning based environment. Our young & bright developers have tremendous energy which they can transcend to not only their businesses but also society at large. I wish them grand success.”

Shri Rajni Ajmera said, there cannot be better learning ground then CREDAI – MCHI. It is important to harness energy and capabilities of youth for taking all our initiatives forward.

Mr Nayan Shah recalled those days when he joined CREDAI -MCHI as a Youth and since then he has been immensely benefitted in all respect with this association.

Ms Binitha Dalal, who is very actively associated with CYW said MCHI is like family to her and she looks upto them for any information / help required in any sphere.

Mr Domnic Romell, proposing Vote of Thanks said, CREDAI-MCHI is like Google of Real – Estate industry, you field a question and you get the answer.

5. Clean & Green Mumbai
6. Chapter Creation
7. Membership
8. Image branding & Communication

A new India is possible only if its youth is geared up well for tomorrow and creation of CYW is one such step in the direction!
