February 18, 2018: Magnetic Maharashtra” Summit had a thundering start with Hon'ble CM Shri Devendra Fadnavis welcoming & felicitating Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi amidst the presence of highly distinguished Indian & Global CEOs like Mr Richard Branson, Mr Ratan Tata, Mr Mukesh Ambani, Mr Anand Mahindra and the likes.
In a power-packed program with the equally powerful audience, Hon'ble CM in his welcome address spoke about the strengths of Maharashtra and how it is moving towards becoming a trillion-dollar economy by the year 2025.
Prime Minister praised the work done by Maharashtra in the area of Ease of Doing Business and how it has attracted maximum FDI in the State. He expressed that country's progress is dependent on States’ progress and Maharashtra is one such progressive state.
Mr Ratan Tata, Mr Mukesh Ambani, Mr Anand Mahindra shared their experience with Mumbai and they assured Hon'ble CM that they will contribute with their might for the fulfilment of his ambition of making Maharashtra trillion-dollar economy by 2025.
It is worth mentioning that CREDAI – MCHI has signed Memorandum of Understanding for building 2.5 Lakh affordable housing with an estimated investment of Rs. 75,000 crore for Mumbai & MMR.
