Newly launched CREDAI-MCHI Youth Wing made their debut Study Tour to Lodha World One, located at Lower Parel, Mumbai on December 14, 2017, which turned out to be a great learning experience for GenNext of real-estate industry.
Almost 85 Youth Wing members were part of this study and knowledge tour.
Mr Abhishek Lodha addressed the delegates and briefed them about the construction procedures. Thereafter the session was taken over by Mr Syros M, Project Head, Lodha World One where he explained the project in detail and answered various queries raised by the members.
Mr Syros also apprised the delegates of the highlights of the projects as given below:
- Three buildings - World One, World Crest and World One commercial building (planned)
- 10,000 Sq.Ft gymnasium
- Lobby designed by Armani
- Yoga studio
- Business centrewith four Conference rooms
- Spa Zones with 10000 sifts
- Villas of 4500 Sq. Ft. usable area
- 3,4 &5 bedroom houses with bare shell option
Members were divided into groups and taken for the tour each group had an hour’s tour and an hour’s session with Mr Syros. Overall it turned out to be agreat learning experience for the delegates. Currently, Youth Wing is planning more such study tours on unique properties across India. |
