The Aditya Group of Institutions organized Borivali Design Fair & Property Expo which turned out to be a big draw amidst officials, design experts, artists and home-buyers too. CREDAI – MCHI was the co-organiser of the expo with many a well-known real-estate brands and banks and financial institutions participating in it. Our exhibition committee chairman Shri Tejas Vyas took lead in organizing the expo.
The event was inaugurated by renowned architect, Mr Shashi Prabhu on December 15, 2017. Mr Harishchandra Mishra, Chairman, Aditya Group of Institutions, Mr Tejas Vyas, Exhibition Committee Chairman, CREDAI-MCHI and Mr GurunathDalvi were part of the grand inaugural ceremony. Other eminent personalities who graced the design & property fair were Shri Gopal Shetty, Hon’ble Member of Parliament who distributed prizes to the winners, Designer Riyaz Gangji of Libas, Comedian Shri Rehman Khan and Shri Anil Singh, Addl. Solicitor General of India, West Zone. The first day of the event itself saw visitors from various streams like actors, leaders, architects, academicians and property seekers.
Major real – estate participants included some big names like Paradigm Realty, Sai Estate Consultants, Ekta World, Oyster living, Ambika Real Estate, Sanghvi, CRD, NRS, Mayfair Housing, VBHC and Shivalik Ventures whereas banks and HFCs which participated were: LIC Housing Finance, SBI, HDFC, Aditya Birla Capital and Fullerton. Property seekers were seen making enquiries about the various properties displayed there which primarily represented areas from Virar to Andheri. |
